You only get new windows once so I wanted to make sure I did thorough research. It took me about a year to decide and I’m really satisfied and happy I went with Zen Windows. Beginning with their quoting process to the installation and service after, they’ve been extremely professional and responsive. I looked at all the other major brands and this window is extremely high quality and competitively priced. And I didn’t have to spend hours with some salesperson just trying to wear me down. From the initial conversation, Zen Windows far exceeded our expectations! We needed to replace our windows. The company that put them in 24 years ago went out of business. We were told by a friend to look into Zen Windows. Our first conversation with the owner went very well. He spoke with us about all our options (we had crank out windows and knew we did not want them again). He did not try to oversell us nor make us feel like we had to buy from him. He just gave us all our options, in fact, giving us great information for a second quote. Once we compared two different companies and all that we were looking to get, Zen Windows not only was our best option, but what sold us was the owners’ compassion and understanding during this process. He knew that the replacement of windows were costly to a homeowner and never pushed for more than what we needed. The online ordering made things easy as well. There were no “pushy” salesmen knocking at your door. All we had to do was do a quick measurement of our windows. We also sent pictures. Once the owner received this information, he sent us a quote (again, NO HIDDEN COST were added). He then sent a salesman to do the actual measurements (quote NEVER changed). Once we signed, the windows were ordered. The windows actually came in earlier than we originally thought. The owner had an installation team over within a few days and the installation of the new windows were put in. The crew he sent over to install the windows were FABULOUS! They were kind, polite and cleaned up every mess that went along with the process. I even offered to clean up for them and not for them to worry, but they said it was all part of the job. Very, very impressed. The windows are wonderful, great quality and we have never had any issues. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to get windows for a new home or to replace windows. The quality of these windows are great. The customer service was wonderful and the ability to do everything on line and not have a salesman knocking on your door was even better!

I don’t know where to start…. these guys are incredible! If you value great customer service at half the cost for essentially the same product as the “big companies” you hear advertising on the radio, then you NEED to call Zen Windows! There is no high pressure sales tactics involved and they are extremely patient. You will NOT be disappointed with a decision to go with this amazing company!

I had 10 windows replaced by Zen Windows. I went to the website and requested a quote based on the number of windows – all triple paned. Received brochures, recommendations, online videos, etc. Never had a salesman come to the house and no pressure. Agreed to the quote via email and the installation manager came by a couple of days later and took measurements. No down payment and payment isn’t due after the windows are installed. A few weeks later I got a call to schedule the install. They look great and the noise reduction, heat reduction, etc. is amazing. Great buying experience and would recommend to anyone looking at new windows.

When we moved into our home the house had cheap builder’s grade windows with most seals broken and filled with moisture. On top of bad windows there was lack proper vapor barrier and insulation around the windows. The result was the house was drafty, our air conditioner couldn’t keep up in the summer, and our heating bills were ever growing in the winter. As soon as we started shopping for windows everywhere we looked was high pressure sales strategies trying to push us into financing and products we did not need. In stark contrast our experience with Zen Windows just made everything easy. Clearly stated quotes recommending only what we needed. Their installers were very thorough going well above just installing new windows to include make sure everything was clean when they left, repairing damage caused by the previous windows failure, properly insulating the stud cavity, and a level of professionalism that was refreshing. After replacing the worst windows first we’ve gone back to Zen Windows until all windows have been replaced.

Zen Windows did a great job. I obtained multiple estimates before I selected Zen windows and the price and options were the best. One company whose estimate was several thousand dollars more than Zen told me they were selling windows of the same quality, just for more money. They made good suggestions – like making sure the existing window air conditioner unit would still fit with the new window, and frosted glass for the bathroom, but no pressure as to the possible upsell options. Zen was easy to deal with and kept me updated on the status of the windows I’d ordered. They were on time for the installation and installed four windows in a bedroom and bathroom. They cleaned up perfectly, too. I highly recommend using them, and when we decide to replace more windows in our home, we will definitely use Zen again.

Really happy with everything Zen Windows did. No sales pitch, really clear quotes that were quickly adjusted whenever I changed my mind on a detail, on time arrivals for initial measurements and the installation, and of course, beautiful windows that work! Their prices are hard to beat- we spoke with 3 other companies before Zen, all had comparable prices, and Zen came in less for each window. I’m not sure why, but I imagine it’s partly due to them not wasting time/money on laborious sales pitches. The crew did say it was an easy install for them. They demoed the windows for me and were very clear on next steps with warranties, etc. They also took time to help us out with another window in our house that is tricky, which was unplanned and appreciated. Once they left, you couldn’t tell they were even here. No mess left behind at all. We are definitely using them for the rest of our window replacements and probably some sliding doors!

I used Zen for a sliding door install at our old town home – the product quality was top notch, but more importantly, Zen was the epitome of customer service – not one that I’ve seen better to date.
